Blackbaud / SMART Tuition:

Our Admissions, Enrollment, Tuition, and Financial Aid processes are all facilitated through a third-party, Blackbaud. At the time of enrollment RPMS charges a non-refundable $150 annual registration fee per child per school year.  Blackbaud charges a separate annual fee of $50 per family to manage billing and payments.

New Student Admissions:

1. New families log into Blackbaud at

· You will be directed to create an account.

    • Unless you created an account already by submitting an inquiry through the system for more information, in which case use your credentials created then to log in.

· Once your account is created you can begin the Application process.

2. Application

· This is the first part of the student checklist including application, completing contract for tuition and turning in health/immunization forms.

    • For elementary applications for new students, there will be an extra checklist step of having a student interview with the Head of School.  This step can be done either before or after the application step.

· In this application step, you will be asked to choose school year of desired entry, student information, household contract information and other application questions.

· Once you complete the Application process RPMS will review your information.

· Upon acceptance of your application you will receive an email to confirm acceptance and contract generated.

3. Contract

· Log back into your Blackbaud account, where you will see a yellow banner noting there is a contract to be completed.

· In this step you will select your payment plan and payment method.

· You will be required the pay the $50 Blackbaud family fee at this time.

· Your child is considered enrolled once this process is complete.

3.  Financial Aid

·   To apply for financial aid, visit:

o   RPMS School Code is 14331

·   Applications need to be completed by 3:30 pm on the IRS Tax Filing Deadline day (usually April 15) to be considered.

·   Blackbaud charges a $35 fee for financial aid applications. 

·   No more than 25% of a student’s tuition may be granted for a financial aid award.

Sibling Discounts:

Sibling Discounts will be applied as follows: highest tuition (no discount); 2nd highest tuition (20%); 3rd highest tuition (35%); 4th highest tuition (50%). If a student qualifies for multiple discounts, they are applied individually, highest to lowest. Discounts are applied to program tuition only. No tuition refunds are offered for children’s absences. The Parents are obligated to pay the entire annual tuition and applicable fees regardless of their choice in payment plan options.

Geraldine Hedberg Financial Aid Program:

Rock Prairie Montessori School is fortunate to provide a limited amount of financial aid yearly. Financial Aid applications are due no later than 3:30 pm on the IRS Tax filing deadline (usually April 15th). There is a $34 processing fee per application to be paid to TADS upon submission. (RPMS does not profit from any applicant. The entire processing fee is retained by TADS). The determined percentage of financial aid offered to each applicant will be finalized in May for the following school year and will not exceed 20% of tuition total.
