Thank you for taking time to consider enrolling your child at Rock Prairie Montessori School. For your convenience, all forms are available to you by clicking forms under Admissions on the home page. An Information Packet is also available by contacting us by e-mail or phone (608) 868-4844. After reviewing the information, please call the school office to schedule a tour. We suggest tours be scheduled in the morning when school is in session. It is important for prospective parents to see the Montessori classroom while students are working with the Montessori materials. However, if a morning tour is not possible, we will do our best to schedule a time that works best for you. Tours take about 30-45 minutes. After your initial tour families are welcome to set up a time to observe a classroom. A classroom observation gives parents and their child an opportunity to spend more time in a Montessori classroom. The observation gives parents time to watch the activities and learning going on in the classroom while the child is given the opportunity to participate and work with some of the Montessori materials. The length of the observation depends on the age of the child. Upon enroll, the Enrollment Contract along with a $150 deposit would then be submitted to the school office. Applications for enrollment are accepted year-round. Once the Enrollment Contract has been reviewed by the Administration and classroom teacher, parents will be contacted to complete the enrollment process and schedule a start date.
